Customer service is continually evolving as new channels become available, particularly in the online environment. TMR's customer focus is highlighted by our strategic objective to create a customer-centric culture that meets our customers' needs first time, every time. To deliver on this promise, our customers' needs are continually reviewed and service delivery touchpoints improved. Below are some of the areas we are investigating and introducing to help serve our customers better now and into the future. However, many customer-driven initiatives have been progressed this year and are outlined below.
